本课程主要是训练学生跨文化交流和谈判博弈思维。课程将帮助学生总结在日常生活当中以及在商业实践当中的博弈思维，并且在课程当中会讨论有关跨文化国际交流过程当中人与人之间的底层思维逻辑。
课程训练的宗旨是让学生在国际商务实践当中具备双赢的思考能力和方法。本课程也会帮助学生建立基于全球商业环境的谈判思维框架。讨论谈判当中涉及的谈判思维模式、谈判伦理、谈判文化效应，以及谈判的各种情景和博弈方式。
同时课程也会帮助学生认识谈判的基本情境，以及在谈判当中应该注意的问题。

This is a course for business students to improve the negotiating skills. This course is for Postgraduate students and undergraduate students in international business English program.
The course content will help students to establish a framework of knowledge to deal with different situations in negotiation and dealing with people to achieve a win/win or better outcome in our life and work.
The instructor of the course is Prof. Wang Jian, director from Center for Research on International Business Studies, University of International Business and Economics (UIBE).
